Give limited insight into the candidate as a person
Writing a CV is bo0o0o0oring
The solution
The F*CV protocol - how it works:
Step 1: copy & paste the requirements of a job description
Step 2: rank yourself on each of the requirements
10 = you fully match the requirement, 0 = you do not
Step 3: explain why you've given this score
Gives you the opportunity to "flex" and also show self-awareness
Step 4: explain how you can improve your score
Gives you the opportunity to reflect & show forward thinking
Why companies should use the F*CV protocol
You attract forward-thinking talent that values continuous improvement
The applications you receive are hyper-personalized
Crypto/web3 is all about innovation. So you want to attract innovative talent with the most boring way of applying?
The F*CV protocol will allow you to better understand the candidates' self-perceived strenghts and areas for growth
Adopting the FCV Protocol reflects a company's willingness to embrace innovative approaches in the hiring process. It signals an openness to candidates who think beyond traditional norms and showcases the company's adaptability.
Adopting the FCV Protocol can communicate to potential hires that the company values innovation, self-improvement, and a modern approach to talent acquisition, aligning with a progressive company culture.
Other perks of using the FCV protocol:
Mitko will reshare your job posting on his LinkedIn
Mitko will think you're a gangster (this is positive)
About the pioneer of F*CV Protocol:
Mitko Dimitrov, an entrepreneurial hustler, closed down his newsletter business to find his new adventure.
He went on to answer 60+ deeply uncomfortable questions.
The result was to try something new.
Something that his parents have always dreamed of... For him to get an actual job.
So Mitko set out to apply for some exciting BD jobs.
Only to discover his long-forgotten (since 2018) hate for CVs.
"Writing up a CV for my web3 experience felt like losing brain cells."
In order to protect his few brain cells, he came up with an alternative.
The genesis of F*CV was born when Mitko applied for a job at Chainlink.
And that is 1st ever use of what is now globally unknown as the F*CV protocol.
